Crypto Insider
Lighter Executes One of the Largest Airdrops Ever Lighter has completed one of the biggest airdrops in crypto history, distributing its $LIT token at a scale rarely seen in the market. ➡️ $675M worth of $LIT distributed ➡️ Ranked as the 10th largest airdrop…
The chart shows a clear difference in tokenomics and supply control.
● 76% allocated to the community
● No VC allocation
● 31% distributed via airdrop
● Small share for the foundation and grants
This setup keeps insider pressure low and puts distribution in users’ hands.
● 50% community allocation
● 50% held by insiders
● 24% investors, 26% team
● Four-year vesting schedule
On paper it looks balanced. In practice, half of the supply sits with insiders, which matters for long-term supply dynamics.

In a bull market you are paid for taking risk. You can top blast, react late, make dumb mistakes, and still come out profitable because you are playing the right game at the right table.
The biggest debuff you can give yourself is to play the wrong game at the wrong table. For example, trying to long alts during a market downtrend or trading memes onchain when conditions are dead.
You could have went long other outperforming asset classes or shorted most alts and come out on top.
Don't get it wrong. You can still profit by playing the wrong game but you are playing the game on hard mode. Execution matters so much more. Your downside risk is much higher and profit potential is lower.
Time horizons also matter here. Long term holds are much different than swing trades but you need to factor in the mental tax and opportunity cost to see it through.
Know what game are you playing and whether the wind is in your favor.

It doesn't matter how many times you failed.
The main thing is that you don't give up.

Bitcoin turns 17 today
On January 3, 2009 at 18:15:05 UTC, Satoshi mined the Genesis Block. This is the first verifiable entry in Bitcoin’s ledger.
Today, January 3, 2026, the system is 17 years old.
What makes this date special:
➡️ The Genesis Block contains a hidden headline from The Times dated January 3, 2009:
“Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks.”
It proved the block was not pre-mined and framed Bitcoin as a response to the financial system of that moment.
➡️ After the Genesis Block, the network went silent for 6 days.
Block 1 was mined only on January 9, 2009.
Many believe this pause was intentional, setting a clean starting rhythm for the system.
➡️ The 50 BTC reward from the Genesis Block can never be spent.
Because of how the block was hardcoded, those coins are permanently unmovable.
The address still receives small tribute transactions to this day.
➡️ The Genesis Block was written into the software by hand.
Every other block is produced by the protocol.
This one exists so the chain has a fixed point of origin.

Slow debasement beats sudden collapse, which is why capital drifts to assets while cash quietly loses ground.

This looks like rotation from the major into higher beta sectors.
