a resident at an area apartment complex made a 911 call reporting a man armed with a knife acting erratically.

Upon arrival officers encountered 38 year old Wade Griffith who was found to be in possession of a knife in his backpack, as well as an additional empty sheath. oddly enough, it turns out the item in his hand was actually a Vape.

Griffith was charged with two counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of battery on a LEO, and two counts of resisting arrest.
