The Western Battalion of the Special Operations Forces of the Georgian Defense Forces and the US Army Operational Unit “Alpha” group have completed the Joint Joint Exercise (JCET). The culmination exercise was held in the vicinity of Kobuleti with the support of the 3rd Infantry Brigade of the Defense Forces, the servicemen of the 10th Cadre Brigade of the National Guard and the “General Mazniashvili Legion.” The 10-week training was focused on producing unconventional and asymmetric fights. In the culminating phase an offensive operation, a raid, was carried out on the conventional opponent. The exercise was aimed at sharing experience with the US Army Operational Unit “Alpha” and refining joint operations in conducting asymmetric battalions of Special Operations Forces personnel.

Greece: Pentagon, NATO to acquire new bases in Greece.


New naval base at Souda on the cards Sep 20 2021

With the discussions on the new Mutual Defense Cooperation Agreement (MDCA) between Athens and Washington ongoing, Greek military sources [said] a second naval base will be created at Souda on Crete.

Greece’s most pressing request concerns the integration of the air and naval facilities on the island of Skyros, which the US Armed Forces will be able to use on rotating or a fixed basis.

Based on the existing provisions of the MDCA, the American armed forces have, apart from Souda, a rotating presence in a number of other locations, such as Stefanovikeio, the port of Alexandroupoli and Larissa Air Base.

For Athens, the possible addition of another location to the wider region of Eastern Macedonia or Thrace (Xanthi or Chrysoupoli airport, which was once considered a stopover for NATO UAVs) would always be welcome.

NATO Exercise Dynamic Mariner and Joint Warrior Begins in the Atlantic

12 NATO Allies are participating in the NATO exercise Dynamic Mariner-21/Joint Warrior 21-2 off the coast of UK. Exercise Dynamic Mariner tests NATO’s Response Force Maritime Component (NRF/M) and interoperability with NATO forces.

The exercise brings together 20 surface ships, 2 submarines, 7 maritime patrol aircraft and other air assets as well as personnel, from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, UK and the US.

DYMR21 is led by the NATO Maritime Command in coordination with Joint Tactical Exercise Planning Staff of Royal Navy. The exercise also involves Standing NATO Maritime Group One (SNMG1) and Standing NATO Mine Counter-Measures Group One (SNMCMG1), two of NATO’s Standing Forces on active duty.

NATO’s maritime strength lies in the ability of the Standing Forces and National Response Force elements. Regular training between these groups is a force multiplier and provides a collectively trained and interoperable capability that NATO can confidently deploy if necessary.

The NATO Response Force (NRF) is a highly ready and technologically advanced, multinational force made up of land, air, maritime and Special Operations Forces (SOF) components that the Alliance can deploy quickly, wherever needed.

Participants from 12 NATO allied forces and local citizens paid homage to the 77th Anniversary of Operation Market Garden by gathering at a series of drop zones across the Netherlands and Belgium to observe one thousand Soldiers parachuting from USAF C-130s and allied force aircraft during Falcon Leap, NATOs largest technical Airborne exercise Sep 11-19 2021 in the Netherlands.

The exercise included more than 1000 paratroopers from all over the world, 12 different nationalities, multiple airdrops per day and training with each other’s equipment for two weeks.

“The importance of us being here is to train on interoperability with our multinational partners so that if we have to go into large scale combat operations we are proficient with their aircraft, their parachutes and their jumpmaster commands. When we are called upon by our respective nations, most likely we will fight in collaboration with coalition forces, at that moment interoperability is key.”

About 900 men belonging to illegal armed groups have laid down their arms in a Russian mediated peace deal, which has brought stability to Daraa.

These men are battle weary and want to rebuild their lives and homes in Daraa. They have begun to work alongside the SAA to restore peace and stability throughout the area.

The SAA is the national army and is comprised solely of Syrian citizens. The SAA and the former armed militiamen have much in common but had been divided by foreign interests, who are using the Syrian people as pawns in an international chess game.

The lawful right to resist arbitrary government is certainly guaranteed by the International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).

Under its Article 19, “everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression”. And as stated by Article 18 of the ICCPR, “everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion”.

As noted by emeritus professor Gabriël A. Moens AM, one of the [Australia's] leading constitutional law experts, civil disobedience can be perfectly justified “when the normal channels of social change do not function properly anymore or whenever serious grievances are not heard … a system does not function adequately anymore when some groups have entrenched power positions in society and use their power to impose their will on weaker or vulnerable classes of people.”

We can only hope Australians will no longer tolerate any further abdication of their fundamental rights, as they finally wake up to the disguised efforts of the political establishment to ensconce itself in power.

Germany will stop subsidizing lost wages for unvaccinated people who miss work due to Covid-19 quarantine, the latest in a series of increasingly strict tactics to prod people to get their shots. 

“It’s a question of fairness,” Health Minister Jens Spahn told reporters Wednesday after talks with counterparts from Germany’s 16 regions:
“Those who protect themselves and others by getting vaccinated take the useless "vaccine" can ask the legitimate question of why they have to help pay for feel superior to someone who’s not vaccinated.”

The change goes into effect on Nov. 1. The move is one of the ways the German government is pushing bullying people toward getting inoculated the #clotshot while (pretending to be) stopping short of an outright requirement.

As of Oct. 11, Covid tests -- obligatory for unvaccinated people in many areas of public life in Germany -- will no longer be free of charge.

Vaccine efficacy is generally reported as a relative risk reduction (RRR). It uses the relative risk (RR)—ie, the ratio of attack rates with and without a vaccine—which is expressed as 1–RR. Ranking by reported efficacy gives relative risk reductions of :

94% for the Moderna–NIH,

Academia Is Establishing A Permanent Surveillance Bureaucracy That Will Soon Govern The Rest Of The Country

"First: unless and until COVID “cases” are abandoned as a metric by which policy action is presumptively dictated, these institutions are destined to continue flailing from irrational measure to irrational measure for the foreseeable future. Just turn your gaze over to one of America’s most hallowed pedagogical grounds: As of September 17, Columbia University has newly forbidden students from hosting guests, visiting residence halls other than their own, and gathering with more than ten people. The stated rationale for these restrictions? Administrators have extrapolated from the “contact tracing” data they’ve compulsorily seized that a recent increase in viral transmission is attributable to “students socializing unmasked at gatherings in residence halls and at off-campus apartments, bars, and restaurants.” (Socializing at apartments, bars, and restaurants in the middle of Manhattan — gee, I can’t imagine anything more heinous.)



No, the infrastructure won’t be dismantled any time soon because doing so would also require accepting a major paradigm shift in how COVID is understood. And for certain segments of society, that whole system of thought is just too all-consuming. Benign instances of transmission — i.e. transmission that results in no severe disease, which is almost invariably the case with vaccinated young adults at astronomically low risk from COVID — would have to stop being portrayed as alarming “outbreaks,” necessitating a never-ending stream of frenzied Zoom strategy meetings and swift, all-hands-on-decks interventionist tactics. ......

Why should anyone be alarmed by an alleged “outbreak” of overwhelmingly asymptomatic or mild “cases” among a population of healthy vaccinated undergrads — “cases” which would never have been detected at all if not for the superfluous “surveillance testing” structures that these institutions require students submit to? And before anyone chimes in with the standard “because they can transmit to others” response: the “others” they’re surrounded by have had the opportunity to get vaccinated at no cost for the past eight months.

“We all have to hold each other accountable,” these administrators will often pronounce, or some variation thereof, which ironically shields them from accountability for their own capricious and intrusive actions.

Their orders are often cloyingly filled with artificial appeals to “the community,” which raises the question of who elected these surveillers and snoops to be spokespersons for “the community,” and how they even define “communities,” which seem to contain growing segments of unwilling inhabitants.

One key thing to know is that despite their pretension of acting at the direction of “expert” epidemiologists and public health officials, the day-to-day decisions about practical implementation at these places often come down to the individual discretion of officials who in no sane world would ever be deferred to on questions of infectious disease protocol, or really anything else of significance.
