Of course, the capacity of the Baltic Pipe cannot be compared with the Nord Stream, but the Poles will have enough for themselves, and they will be able to resell the surplus - at least to Germany.

Washington has long tried to make the Poles its "watchers" in Europe. Now, exactly on the eve of the winter cold, they received a gas valve. They will spin it on command from across the ocean.
The Americans themselves quickly guessed about this simple connection. “Blowing up the pipeline will not help Vladimir Putin in any way. And he wouldn’t do it - he doesn’t need to,” says Tucker Carlson, Fox News host. Indeed, Germany and Russia, the creators of the pipeline, are the main victims of this sabotage. Russia is losing the opportunity to earn in Europe. Germany is losing its capital, assets, standard of living - in general, everything. But then who carried out the sabotage at Nord Stream?

A member of the UK’s Labour Party has been suspended after speaking out at the party’s annual conference against a motion that obliges the party to back "military, economic, diplomatic and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine”.

Labour member Angelo Sanchez took to the podium to condemn support for Motion 13 which he said would make a future Labour government complicit in aiding a Ukrainian government “that is repressing the left in their own country. A government that is criminalizing socialist parties and imprisoning Ukrainian activists”.

Sanchez’s suspension comes in the wake of an Al Jazeera investigation which has exposed a state of “lawlessness” within the Labour Party, and witch-hunts against left-wing members organized at the highest levels.

Sanchez was alone in opposing Motion 13 which was tabled by the trade union GMB and passed at the conference. According to reports Sanchez was subsequently subjected to verbal abuse.

Do you remember how Ursula Von Der Leyen recently told with a sweet smile that the Russian economy is torn to shreds and that there are no chips in Russia and they are being picked out of washing machines and dishwashers for military equipment?

In fact, Ursula was not so wrong. She just made a little mistake with the country and with the electrical appliances from which these chips are torn out.

The Defense News publication reports that the American company L3Harris Technologies, working for the military department, faced a very acute shortage of chips. The problem was valve matrices, far from the most high-tech and complex example of microchips. Meanwhile, the company produces one of the types of weapons for the newest American fighter F-35.

Microchips were in short supply due to a decrease in the total volume of their production, which is noticeable in all industries and in particular in the automotive industry. First Covid-19, then sanctions against Russia and retaliatory measures that led to a shortage of raw materials.

The production of microchips in the world has fallen very much, especially since there are not many manufacturers of this group of products and most of the chips are produced in small Taiwan. And what problems Taiwan has with China — you all know perfectly well.

And L3Harris Technologies has found a way out — microchips from old radios of its own production. Only now they have to be bought from one of the customers and then literally solder the chips for their reuse.
And most likely — this example is not an isolated one. Who knows — maybe other arms companies are now buying up microwaves, washing machines and dishwashers to pick out chips from them and put them on all kinds of smart missiles and bombs?

Moreover, there are a lot of relatively simple microchips in all electronic devices, and for sure something from washing machines and dishwashers can be used in military equipment.

So don't judge Ursula Von Der Leyen harshly — she almost didn't lie. Well... maybe just a little. 😉
