EU watchdog accuses Ursula von der Leyen of 'maladministration' and orders her to hand over secret texts she sent to Pfizer's CEO during efforts to buy 1.8billion Covid jabs


In April last year, the New York Times revealed that EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla had exchanged text messages and calls about vaccine procurements for EU countries.

The European Commission chief used 'personal diplomacy' to secure the deal for 1.8billion Pfizer vaccines via texts with the CEO, the paper revealed. 

Journalist Alexander Fanta of news site netzpolitik (.org) then asked the Commission for access to the text messages and other documents, but the executive branch did not provide them.

The commission rebuffed the freedom-of-information request, refusing to say whether the texts existed - even though von der Leyen had referred to them herself in a media interview. 

According to the ombudsman's inquiry, the Commission did not clearly ask von der Leyen's cabinet to look for the text messages.

Instead, the Commission said the only information they had was an email, a letter and a press release. 

'This falls short of reasonable expectations of transparency and administrative standards in the Commission,' O'Reilly said.

Thus any deaths occurring before this ends up being counted as an “unvaccinated death”!

So if a patient who got a vaccine dies less than 14 days later, he/she gets counted as an unvaccinated death.

This is how vaccine deaths are getting hidden. And there many thousands.

Japanese Pharmaceutical company Kowa says #Ivermectin showed 'antiviral effect' against #Omicron in research

TOKYO, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Japanese trading and pharmaceutical company Kowa Co Ltd (7807.T) said on Monday anti-parasite drug ivermectin showed an "antiviral effect" against Omicron and other variants of coronavirus in joint non-clinical research.

The company did not provide further details.

The firm has been working with Kitasato University, a medical university in Tokyo, on testing the drug which is used to treat parasites in animals and humans, as a potential treatment for COVID-19.

Clinical trials are ongoing but promotion of the drug as a COVID-19 treatment has generated controversy.

The drug is not approved for treatment of COVID-19 in Japan and the U.S. Federal Drug Administration, the World Health Organization and the EU drug regulator have warned against its use.

GDPR enforcer rules that IAB Europe’s consent popups are unlawful

Google, Amazon, and the entire tracking industry relies on IAB Europe’s consent system, which has now been found to be illegal following complaints coordinated by ICCL. 

EU data protection authorities find that the consent popups that plagued Europeans for years are illegal. All data collected through them must be deleted.

This decision impacts Google’s, Amazon’s and Microsoft’s online advertising businesses.

In a decision of 2 February 2022, 28 EU data protection authorities, led by the Belgian Data Protection Authority as the leading supervisory authority in the GDPR’s one-stop-mechanism, found that the online advertising industry’s trade body “IAB Europe”  commits multiple violations of the GDPR in its processing of personal data in the context of its “Transparency and Consent Framework” (TCF) and the Real-Time Bidding (RTB) system.

The consent popup system known as the “Transparency & Consent Framework” (TCF) is on 80% of the European internet.

The tracking industry claimed it was a measure to comply with the GDPR.

Today, GDPR enforcers ruled that this consent spam has, in fact, deprived hundreds of millions of Europeans of their fundamental rights.

The findings:

The TCF consent system was found to infringe the GDPR in the following ways:

TCF fails to ensure personal data are kept secure and confidential (Article 5(1)f, and 32 GDPR)

TCF fails to properly request consent, and relies on a lawful basis (legitimate interest) that is not permissible because of the severe risk posed by online tracking-based "Real-Time Bidding" advertising (Article 5(1)a, and Article 6 GDPR)

TCF fails to provide transparency about what will happen to people’s data (Article 12, 13, and 14 GDPR)

TCF fails to implement measures to ensure that data processing is performed in accordance with the GDPR (Article 24 GDPR)

TCF fails to respect the requirement for data protection by design (Article 25 GDPR)

International transfers of the data do not provide adequate protection (Article 44, Article 45, Article 46, Article 47, Article 48, Article 49).[1]

A Night With The Untouchables

"What I haven’t noticed, not even once, are reporters from any of Canada’s news agencies walking among the trucks to find out who these people are.

So last night, I decided to do just that – I introduced myself to my new neighbours."


I live in downtown Ottawa, right in the middle of the trucker convoy protest. They are literally camped out below my bedroom window.

My new neighbours moved in on Friday and they seem determined to stay.

I have read a lot about what my new neighbours are supposedly like, mostly from reporters and columnists who write from distant vantage points somewhere in the media heartland of Canada.

Apparently the people who inhabit the patch of asphalt next to my bedroom are white supremacists, racists, hatemongers, pseudo-Trumpian grifters, and even QAnon-style nutters. I have a perfect view down Kent Street – the absolute ground zero of the convoy.

In the morning, I see some protesters emerge from their trucks to stretch their legs, but mostly throughout the day they remain in their cabs honking their horns.

At night I see small groups huddled in quiet conversations in their new found companionship. There is no honking at night.

What I haven’t noticed, not even once, are reporters from any of Canada’s news agencies walking among the trucks to find out who these people are.

So last night, I decided to do just that – I introduced myself to my new neighbours.
