Court rules COVID-vaccine death is a suicide



The case of a wealthy elderly Parisian businessman who insured his life for many millions and died from COVID-vaccination caused a great resonance.

The insurance company refused to pay money to the relatives of the deceased, and the court found the company to be right.

At the same time, the insurance company argued its refusal precisely by the fact that death occurred as a result of the vaccination: taking experimental drugs and treatments (including vaccination against coronavirus) is excluded from the policy.

The judge’s verdict is as follows:

“The side effects of an experimental vaccine are being made public, and the deceased could not have professed ignorance when voluntarily taking the vaccine.

There is no law or regulation in France requiring him to be vaccinated.

Therefore, his death is, in fact, a suicide.

The Court recognizes the qualification of an insurer who legally regards participation in the third phase experiment, the lack of evidence of which has not been proven, as the voluntary assumption of a fatal risk not covered by the contract, taking into account the declared side effects, including death is covered and legally recognized as suicide.

The family filed an appeal. However, the insurer’s defense is recognized as reasonable and contractually justified, since this well-known risk of death is legally considered suicide, the client was notified and agreed to voluntarily risk his life without being forced to do so."

The insurance company noted that suicide, like death from an experimental drug, is not an insured event.

People have been wondering if the videos of “people collapsing in Wuhan”, were staged by the Chinese government to frighten the West into lockdowns and self-destruction.

Analysis of these videos and their context shows the following:

Most of these videos showed drunk people, homeless people, road accidents, unspecified medical emergencies, and even training exercises.

Because of the simultaneous virus outbreak, first responders in Wuhan often already wore protective equipment (the white bio-hazard suits).

Video noscripts & denoscriptions suggested or claimed the videos showed “sudden coronavirus deaths”, but none of this was ever suggested or claimed by Chinese authorities;

Instead, it was social media and Western media promoting this frightening narrative.

Most of these videos were shared by people opposed to the Chinese regime (e.g. by ‘Voice of Hong Kong’ and ‘Badiucao’)

Autopsy Histopathologic Cardiac Findings in Two Adolescents Following the Second COVID-19 Vaccine Dose

ABSTRACT
Context.– Myocarditis in adolescents has been diagnosed clinically following the administration of the second dose of an mRNA vaccine for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Objective.– To examine the autopsy microscopic cardiac findings in adolescent deaths that occurred shortly following administration of the second #Pfizer-#BioNTech COVID-19 dose to determine if the “myocarditis” described in these instances has the typical histopathology of myocarditis.

Design.– Clinical and autopsy investigation of two teenage boys who died shortly following administration of the second Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 dose.

Results.– The microscopic examination revealed features resembling a catecholamine-induced injury, not typical myocarditis pathology.

Conclusions.– The myocardial injury seen in these post-vaccine hearts is different from typical myocarditis and has an appearance most closely resembling a catecholamine-mediated stress (toxic) cardiomyopathy.

Understanding that these instances are different from typical myocarditis and that cytokine storm has a known feedback loop with catecholamines may help guide screening and therapy.

The collapsing people of Wuhan


Also in late January 2020, images and videos started to circulate on social media claiming to show people in Wuhan “keeling over” or lying dead in the streets (see below).

Many Western media outlets promoted these videos and images, using headlines such as “A man lies dead in the street: the image that captures the Wuhan coronavirus crisis” (Guardian) or “Coronavirus horror: Social media footage shows infected Wuhan residents ‘act like zombies’” (Express).

In reality, most or all of this footage was fake, showing drunk people, homeless people (even in other Chinese cities), road accidents, unspecified medical emergencies, and even training exercises.

Many skeptics have assumed that these fake images and videos were distributed by the Chinese government to scare Western countries into lockdowns, but a closer analysis shows that most of this footage was in fact shared by US-funded NGOs critical of the Chinese regime (e.g. by “Voice of Hong Kong” and Taiwan-based TomoNews US), as well as by major Western media outlets.

The most famous photograph of a “dead man lying in the streets of Wuhan” was taken by AFP/Getty war zone photographer Hector Retamal, who later won several awards for this photograph (see below).

French Agence France Press (AFP) is one of only three major Western news agencies and was previously involved in various war zone deceptions (e.g. in Syria).

Ironically, while covid caused hardly any sudden cardiac arrests (just a few cases were reported globally), the covid vaccination campaign later caused an unprecedented increase in sudden cardiac arrests that became most visible in professional athletes.

Trudeau Regime sanctions 34 crypto wallets tied to 'Freedom Convoy' protests

The list of sanctioned crypto wallets includes 29 Bitcoin addresses, one Ethereum address, one Ethereum Classic address, one Litecoin address, one Monero address, and one Cardano address.

“Any information about a transaction or proposed transaction in respect of these address(es), is to be disclosed immediately to the Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.”

The federal government invoked the Emergencies Act on Monday, giving law enforcement additional powers to respond to continuing blockades and protests against pandemic restrictions.

An emergency order published on Tuesday night expanded financial institutions’ authority to freeze accounts and cut off financial services to those involved in the blockades without obtaining a court order. The standoff put greater scrutiny on Canada’s cryptocurrency sector after supporters of the protests turned to alternative forms of fundraising.

The Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) confirmed that the RCMP sent letters to financial institutions on Wednesday that name people the police service identifies as “designated persons” – the legal term the government’s emergency order uses for those participating in illegal acts blocking roads, bridges and other critical infrastructure.

Although the letters put pressure on the financial institutions to act, it is up to each one to decide whether any particular client meets that threshold, and whether to freeze funds or block transactions.

“All financial service providers, including banks, covered by the federal Emergencies Act will need to diligently implement the required measures, as stipulated by the government in the corresponding Emergency Economic Measures Order, which are not expected to impact the vast majority of customers,” the CBA said in a statement.

Since December 2020, more than 23,000 deaths associated with the COVID-19 vaccines – more than 10,000 of those occurring in the United States – have been reported to VAERS.

As of Feb. 4, VAERS has recorded 127,855 hospitalizations tied to the COVID shots and a total of 1.1 million adverse events.

Public health officials have claimed VAERS, is full of “junk data” or “false data”.

However Rose disputed that claim saying VAERS contains a “highly vetted data set” in which false entries are punishable by prison, and duplicates are removed.
