Two MPs of Ukraine Yulia Paliychuk (https://news.1rj.ru/str/ypaliychuk/152) and David Arakhamia (https://ukraine.segodnya.ua/ukraine/proryv-diversantov-v-kiev-na-oboloni-strelba-) 1605196.html) confirmed the "friendly fire" at Obolon.
The townspeople, who were given weapons, in an atmosphere of confusion mistook a truck and an anti-aircraft gun of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for enemy equipment and opened fire on it.
The Kievans shot the crew of the truck, and the anti-aircraft gun managed to leave, crushing a civilian car in a panic

Ukrainian troops do not let people out of city of Mariupol.
According to this video taken by a resident, the extreme-natonalist battalions like Azov/Right Sektor who have sealed off the city are shooting innocent civilian people who attempt to leave.
As a result, total chaos is beginning to take over city and surrounding environs.
Very Volatile situation.
They seem to want to use the local civilian population as expendable hostages.

⚠️ Kiev claims it can no longer guarantee the safety of nuclear sites in Ukraine as it cannot “fulfill in the full scope its obligations under the Nuclear Safety Convention” Ukrainian Ambassador to the United Nations Sergiy Kyslytsya said in a letter to the UN.
International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi says that “for now, the plants [in Ukraine] are operating as normal and their nuclear material remains under control.”

The mysterious case of the "Invisible Russkie Soldiers".
One thing I keep seeing and cannot fully understand are videos like the one above.
It is described as "A Column of Russian "Tigers" vehicles in Kharkiv near the mini-hotel "Navruz", burning."
But where are the Russian troops?
One would presume they are supposed to be transported in this alleged "Column of Russian "Tigers" vehicles in Kharkiv"?
Are they all dead?
If so then where are the bodies?
If they were taken prisoner you would expect to see them on camera, but they almost never are.
Such a large "Russian vehicle Column" would be expected to have at least 50 Russian Soldiers in it, at an absolute minimum.
Where are they?
All I ever see are videos of very small groups of captured Russians, 4 or 5 each time. Never more.
Where did the Russian Soldiers, which are supposed to have been in those vehicles, get to??

🔹 Finally, the information policy has changed: the Ministry of Defense for the first time admitted the fact of losses. According to separate information, the number of dead Russian servicemen reaches 300 people. Information approaches are changing. Videos of burnt equipment and liberated settlements are published. The attitude towards the captured Russians remains vile - they are promised to cut off their heads. The Ministry of Defense promises inevitable retribution against the Nazis. Nothing threatens Ukrainian servicemen in case of surrender or capture.
🔹 In the Kiev direction, heavy battles unfolded for Irpin. The Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to push the RF Armed Forces back to the Bucha-Gostomel line. Phosphorus shells were used. The main concentration of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is on the right bank, on the left everything is calm.
The city on the western side is completely blocked: the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are forming a shock fist. In the area of Belaya Tserkov, the connection is very poor, there are reports about the blocking of the southern direction. An-225 "Mriya" was destroyed.
🔹 An attempt was made to storm the Kharkov direction in the morning, and the fighting continued until noon. It was not possible to gain a foothold in the center. By evening, the head of the regional administration urged citizens to negotiate with Russia. Among the territorial defense detachments, the commanders of the Azov national battalion are inciting Russophobia. ATGMs and MANPADS were brought to the city.

By evening, the DPR forces laid siege to Volnovakha from the south and Mariupol from the north, west, and east. In the afternoon, reinforcements were sent to the city by transport helicopters. There were unconfirmed reports of an amphibious landing by the Russian Navy. Fighting is going on for Volnovakha right now - at first the Armed Forces of Ukraine withdrew, then again occupied the settlement. Explosions in Mariupol. In the afternoon looters plundered the Orthodox cathedral.

It was in fact a Ukrainian Army vehicle which ran-over the civilian's car in Kiev.
The Army vehicale driver was panicking because he was being shot at by Ukrainian Citizens recently-armed by the state, who had mistaken it for a Russian Army vehicle.
Luckily the civilian in the car which was run over survived.
But you would never know any of this is you relied only on main stream media for information.
