- Russian units in the south will eventually start moving towards cutting off the Ukrainian army group in the Donbass
- The enemy is withdrawing troops from Donbass to Dnepropetrovsk with heavy losses
- Mariupol is not completely surrounded, but aerial and artillery bombardment make troop movement impossible
- The Armed Forces of Ukraine are withdrawing from the Lugansk region in an organized manner, but with heavy losses
- Severodonetsk will not be abandoned without a fight, I expect the battle there to begin today
- Fierce urban battles were going on all over Kharkov yesterday
- Until Kharkov is taken, progress further west will be stalled

- The Kiev region is very built up, surbuban, and industrial, which is especially difficult for the attacking force - it requires lots of forces, but those forces are coming, I know that for sure.
- The garrison of Kiev will soon be surrounded.

Europe will NOT deliver fighter jets to Ukraine.
Poland has decided against it, and Slovakia's defense ministry spokesman just confirmed: "Slovakia will not supply fighter jets to Ukraine."
After Putin announced that he would understand the delivery and deployment of fighter jets to Ukraine as direct military interference by the respective country in the conflict, that would have been a de facto declaration of war between Russia and a NATO country.

RZESZOW, Poland — NATO airspace will not be used to transfer fighter planes to the Ukrainian military, alliance leaders said Tuesday after a meeting in Poland, where top U.S. commanders were on hand for high-level security talks.
Ukraine has requested additional military hardware from the West to help stave off Russia’s full-scale invasion, which was on its sixth day when the NATO talks occurred.
“NATO is not going to be part of the conflict,” Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said. “So NATO is not going to send troops into Ukraine or move planes into Ukrainian airspace.”
On Monday, the European Union’s high representative, Josep Borrell, said numerous countries were prepared to provide Ukraine with fighter jets.
Ukraine’s parliament said Monday that Poland was among the countries ready to provide Soviet-era MiG-29 fighters.
Polish President Andrzej Duda spoke ambiguously Tuesday about how or whether those planes would arrive.
“We are not going to send any jets into Ukrainian airspace,” said Duda, who did not indicate if Poland was considering an aircraft transfer over land, or who else might be delivering them.
