Ukrainian propaganda claims that Russians attacked a car in Makaro, near Kiev.
Timecode on the video is February 28, and video only appeared on the Web on March 8
In reality it seems the car was attacked by a Ukrainian BMP-2.
This is indicated by the following factors: a GAZ-66 cargo truck leaves behind the BMP firing at the passenger car.
There are such trucks in the Russian army, but there are very few of them and they are not used in the special operation in Ukraine.
Neither the BMP nor the truck has tactical signs O, V or Z.
At 12 seconds in the video, a fairly powerful explosion with a bright flash occurs in the car.
Even the most powerful 30-mm high-explosive fragmentation ammunition has only 40 grams of explosive, which could not give such a flash and explosion power.
Despite the fact that in Ukraine many cars run on gas, it could not have been an explosion of a cylinder, since it is put in the trunk.

The 'C' rating apparently reflects Fitch's alleged house-view that a sovereign default is imminent.
Keep in mind that the Russian National debt currently stands at a mere $200 Billion and that there are in truth so many loopholes and exceptions in the current round of sanctions that Russia, despite public US claims to the contrary, still has access to many of its pre-sanctions markets for its Exports.
BRICS countries in particular, containing several of the largest markets in the developing world, have expressed their intentions to continue trading more or less as normal
Therefore given that Fitch is a US company, one can only laugh at the shortsightedness and spite underpinning what is clearly a politically motivated downgrading by Fitch.
