حرکات عابر پیاده، تراکم و حضور آنها در مراکز شهری یکی از موارد مورد بحث در برنامه ریزی شهری، طراحی زیر ساخت ها و مدیریت جریان های ترافیکی می باشد. امروزه منابع جدید داده های ترافیک شهری به دلیل پیشرفت های سریع در فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، فرصت های جدیدی برای مدیریت و نظارت ارائه می دهند. پی بردن به حرکات عابر پیاده در مراکز شهری برای طراحی و برنامه ریزی شهری مناسب، طراحی خیابان ها، مدیریت ترافیک و امنیت ضروری است.
شهر آمستردام یکی از شهرهایی است که با چالش های شهری، جمعیت ومشکلات ایمنی روبرو می باشد. مطالعه موردی به عنوان " فرش قرمز" در این شهر صورت پذیرفته که در آن تکنولوژی های مختلف سنجش برای بررسی حرکات عابر پیاده به طور همزمان مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته شده است.
منطقه مورد مطالعه " فرش قرمز" در مرکز شهر آمستردام قرار دارد. در این مطالعه بررسی حرکات عابر پیاده بین ایستگاه مرکزی و منطقه Reguliersbreestraat تمرکز داشته است.
مدت زمان این پروژه سه ماه در پایان سال 2014 بوده است. در این پژوهش شهرداری آمستردام سوالات تحقیق خاصی را درباره حرکات عابران پیاده بین مکان های خاصی در منطقه مطالعاتی ایجاد کرده که مبنای نصب و راه اندازی تکنولوژی سنجش و مطالعات حمل و نقل در منطقه بوده است که این سوالات تحقیق مربوط به حرکات عابرین پیاده در مرکز شهر که شامل تعداد و مسیر آنها و ویژگی های اضافی مانند مبدا، تعداد بازدید ها، فعالیت ها و مدت سفر بوده اند.
در این مطالعه چهار تکنولوژی مورد استفاده قرارگرفته شامل :
1- دروبین های هوشمند
2- برنامه متحرک اختصاصی با استفاده از GPS
3- GSM( داده ای تلفن همراه)
4- WiFi
نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که با کمک تحلیل و آنالیز داده ای برگرفته از تکنولوژی های روز مورد استفاده، اطلاعات کافی از الگوی حرکات عابرپیاده بدست می آید. نتایج این پژوهش در ایجاد یک چهارچوب سیاستی و برنامه ریزی کلان شهری در خصوص عابرین پیاده و مدیریت جمعیت استفاده خواهد شد.

قبل از شروع سیمنار و از وقت آزاد استفاده کنم و برای دوستان کانال مطالب مرتبط را یکم توضیح بدم
این سمینار پیش رو در رابطه با محافظت دیتا شخصی و چگونگی استفاده از آن توسط شرکتهای خصوصی و دولتی می‌باشد.
همانطور که میدانید انسان ها آزاد آفریده شده اند و امنیت اطلاعاتی را خیلی جدی در نظر می گیرند برای مثال اگر من احساس کنم فلان نرم افزار مشکوک به دزدیدن اطلاعات شخصی بنده هست هیچ وقت نصب نمی کنم از طرفی دنیا اینترنت و دنیا به سمت ارتباط های مجازی سوق داده شده است. بنابراین حفظ اطلاعات و اعتماد کاربر به برنامه ها مسله ضروری به نظر می رسد به این خاطر اتحادیه اروپا در شهر بروکسل یک سمینار نیم روزه برای اتخاذ تصمیم در باره نحوه دسترسی و امن کردن دیتاها برگزاری می کند که این سمینار از طرف بیومتریک اروپا می باشد و تصمیم هابی که در این نشست ها گرفته می شود بیشتر همیشه حفظ امنیت مد نظر بوده هست. سخنرانی هابی که در این زمینه انجام خواهد شد به شرح زیر است.

مسیر خودم می زنم بعد برایم چندتا پیشنهاد داد از آنجایی که هزینه تاکسی بالاست آمدم سراغ اتوبوس....بزن بریم.

با حوصله یه بلیط سفر می‌خریم که در حال حاضر قیمت هر بلیط چهارنیم یورو می‌باشد و به مقصد حرکت می کنیم. مردم مهربان هستند.و اگه ندونید چطوری دستگاه ها کار می کنند ازشون کمک بگیرید به راحتی و بدون منت کمک می کنند.

قبل از شروع سمینار یه حرکت خوب در شهر دیدم.... دانش آموزان از همین بچگی یاد می‌گیرین که چطوری در خیابان حقوق شهروندی را رعایت کنند.

TYPES OF INDIVIDUAL FELLOWSHIPS
There are two types of Individual Fellowships:

European Fellowships
Global Fellowships
European Fellowships:

are open to researchers moving within Europe, as well as those coming in from other parts of the world.
can restart a research career after a break, such as parental leave.
can help researchers coming back to Europe find a new position.
These Fellowships are held in the EU or associated countries and last for one to two years.

Global Fellowships

fund positions outside Europe for researchers based in the EU or associated countries.
last between two and three years.
the researcher has to come back for one year to an organisation based in the EU or associated countries.
Both types of Fellowship can also include a secondment period of up to three or six months in another organisation in Europe.

WHO CAN APPLY?
This action is for experienced researchers from across the world.

Applicants need a doctoral degree or at least four years’ full-time research experience by the time of the call deadline.

WHAT CAN BE FUNDED?
All research areas can be funded. MSCA Fellows come from a wide variety of disciplines – from physics to linguistics, and from health-sciences to mathematical modelling.

WHAT THE FUNDING COVERS
The grant provides an allowance to cover living, travel and family costs. In addition, the EU contributes to the training, networking and research costs of the fellow, as well as to the management and indirect costs of the project. The grant is awarded to the host organisation, usually a university, research centre or a company in Europe.

HOW DO I APPLY?
You submit a research proposal, including your CV. The proposal is written jointly with your chosen host organisation(s).
