Изменил вид настроек в одну строчку. На мобильных будет проще читать.
Не знаю, почему не додумался сам до этого, подсказал Riccardo, владелец GroupButler бота.

To get instructions for use, please write /mute in the group chat (or private)

SHORT GUIDE
You need to send the /mute command in response to the message of the person you want to mute.
Also, you can give a temporary mute. To do this, use the command with the following parameters:
w - weeks
d - days
h - hours
m - minutes
Example:
/mute 1d 5m - Mute person for 1 day and 5 minutes

In order to remove the mute, you must do the same when muting people
