99% sure Trump will be first arrest because it satisfies lawful triggers to activate the military into civil affairs.
Besides the nuclear event which switches all information systems control from SES to Chyanne Mtn, there is something else no one is talking about. Follow me on this scenario:
Trump holds Office of Commander & Chief of the Constitutional Trust & Bydan is President of the defunct corporation. If actors of the Corporation arrests Trump, that would be an attack on sovereignty by beligerent foreign actors and formal act of war. It is therefore a POW scenario thereafter activating US military on US soil!!
It would be an interesting way to introduce the Trust vs Corp govt concept.
