My Theory on Decodes and Dates. The dates that Patriots come up with when decoding are nothing more than misinformation or something for the enemy to think about. (They do follow our decodes, I believe) If we think something is going to happen, then they think something is going to happen. They are running a plan based on Game Theory and the Nash equilibrium. President Trump is being modest in his TRUTH message above when he says “I ALWAYS felt, right from the beginning, that the Election was RIGGED.”

I believe he had more than a feeling.
