The subjects were more focused about listening to music and more generally satisfied after the sessions in which they listened to 432 Hz tuned music.
Conclusions: The data suggests that 432 Hz tuned music can decrease heart rate more than 440 Hz tuned music. The study results suggest repeating the experiment with a larger sample pool and introducing randomized controlled trials covering more clinical parameters.

About 3 or 4 months ago, my boss told me I shouldn’t be saying ridiculous things like “the US is using the defense industry to launder money in Ukraine to line their pockets.” He said that was absurd and isn’t even close to reality.

Now, here we are. The only difference is it goes deeper and further than I could have ever imagined. The amount of people who would have had to have known about this while participating or turning a blind eye, along with the heads of agencies whose job it is to maintain oversight to prevent this from happening, is staggering.
