The patch worn by 1st TSC Soldiers today was first approved by the quartermaster general in May 1952 and adopted as our insignia in April 1968.
 
The white arrow on the patch points to what would be 10:30 on a clock, signifying that the mission is always accomplished before the eleventh hour.

For years I've noticed people posting the above photo saying it represents Q or even trying to point out the JFKJR pic inside front row...folks I've always been awared of this symbol and what it represents...I'd be part of the problem and NOT the solution if I didn't share the truth. It's been in the back ground the entire time. IT'S AN ARROW☝️

Today marks the 59th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on Friday, November 22, 1963.

I was 11 years old in the sixth grade at J. Ellsworth Hall Elementary School in Macon, Georgia when Shurlington Baptist Church pastor, B.L. Bonds, announced on the school intercom that our President was dead before praying The Lord’s Prayer.

Many students applauded. Macon was Goldwater Country.

I cried.

My mother picked me up from school. She was crying.

Our President had been murdered.

I remember those 3 days in November.

I was watching TV on Sunday morning when Lee Harvey Oswald was shot and killed.

I watched the President’s funeral on Monday.

I will never forget those 3 days in November. They are engrained in my mind forever.

Those 3 days in November impacted my life and changed the course of our nation and the world.

The days of Camelot ended too soon.

I honor the life and legacy of JFK today. I hope you do too.
