Michael T. Dolce, 53, was arrested on March 15 when FBI agents found nearly 2,000 images and five child pornography videos stored on his laptop in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dolce
had earned national recognition for his work to end the statute of limitations for child sexual battery cases in Florida, and was eventually named one of America's 500 Leading Lawyers for his work defending child sex abuse victims. He now remains behind bars, awaiting his arraignment scheduled for mid-April. If convicted on child pornography possession charges, Dolce could face up to 20 years in prison.
