Since the dates for Passover and Unleavened Bread are based on a lunar calendar, they are floating dates that can occur on any day of the week of the first month of Nisan/Abib. However, God commanded in Leviticus that the Feast of First Fruits must consistently fall on the first day after the weekly Sabbath, i.e., our Sunday, during the week of Unleavened Bread.
