👉🏻 Weird… during that first 180-days after the Order, on March 27, 2020, Donald Trump Federalized 1 Million Reserve Components in Executive Order 13912 and that is also a Direct Order via CIC.

President hence the 1st and 2nd War Powers Act led to 50 United States Code = War and NATIONAL Defense. In which the Operational Handbook by Judge Advocates clearly explain the Domestic use of Military and also the Law of War Manual, the Department of Defense’s Manual. Plus the Military Justice Act clearly defining the CIC is separate from President and Federal Government.

The Memo from 2021 in Fiscal Year 2020 in the Executive Documents under 1550, which makes zero accounting sense, 2021 Memo in 2020, specifically says:

Memorandum for the Secretary of Defense

There’s not two Presidents and Commander-in-Chiefs, and it being the Secretary of Defense is directly under those, then the “naw it ain’t so’s” have a LOT of explaining to do why “Joe Biden” has delegated two Orders for the Secretary of Defense THE authority AND functions VESTED in THE President of Section 1550 which is Donald Trump.
