As a Trauma Therapist I have studied many different treatment modalities, theories, and strategies to help individuals overcome their struggles. I am currently studying Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is proving to provide amazing benefits to the soldiers, first responders, and many others who have suffered traumatic life events.

The above video is a great example of how it feels to struggle with PTSD. I wanted to share this, and tell all of you who have PTSD like me, that I love you, and there is always hope for a better life!
