CHRIST OUR LIGHT
Whether a genuine miracle the Western Church has ignored or simply the blessing of natural fire to become something more, Holy Fire is one of the longest-held Easter traditions in Christianity.
For some it proves the authenticity of Eastern Orthodoxy and demonstrates that God only works through the Orthodox Church. To others it is the worst kind of fraud – nothing but sheer manipulation of Christians by powerful church leaders.
But wherever we stand, Easter is the season where all Christians should join in remembering how Jesus Christ, the light of the world, won a victory over the forces of darkness by his resurrection from the dead. May Jesus Christ be our focus this season.

What's most interesting is what they did. He first lost his cardinal cap (like Becciu) in July and has now been laicized (de-frocked)... He was officially found guilty on Jan 11th and was "dismissed from the clerical state." In February he lost his appeal at the Vatican. "was announced five days before Francis leads an extraordinary gathering of bishops from around the world to help the church grapple with the crisis of sex abuse by clergy and the systematic cover-ups by church hierarchy. " The actions taken tell me he will be now tried in proceedings outside the Church to help deal with "The decades-long scandals [that] have shaken the faith of many Catholics and threaten Francis’ papacy."

VATICAN CITY (RNS) — After seven months of preliminary hearings, the Vatican’s trial of 10 individuals accused of corruption, fraud and money laundering will continue after judges dismissed final objections by the defense on Tuesday (March 1).
According to latest estimates provided by Vatican prosecutors, the Catholic institution was defrauded of more than $242 million through the controversial purchase of real estate in London’s fashionable Chelsea neighborhood. According to the prosecutors, the 10 defendants, comprising Vatican employees, clergy and outside entrepreneurs, colluded to plunder a church charitable fund called Peter’s Pence.

(RNS) — Despite the wave of objections by defense lawyers, the Vatican fraud trial is ready to delve into the financial scandals currently ricking the Catholic institution.

The disruption began in Maidan Square in Kiev. According to Nuland, the U.S. spent more then $5 billion on that disruption.
The ensuing civil war that has crippled Ukraine since began in February 2014.
Party of Regions – destroyed in the revolution in 2014. The Manafort legers allegedly came from there. Unfortunately for the American Prosecutors, the Party of Regions building was totally demolished in the fire and one person (a janitor) was killed. Therefore, the perfectly clean, unblemished leger could not have come from that building. Later it was revealed, the leger was in fact forged by someone at the American Embassy in Ukraine.
With EU mediation, Yanukovych resigns and the Poroshenko’s election was scheduled for May 2014.
On Mar 7, 2022, the trial begins... amid chants of "I stand with Ukraine" ... against Russian Aggression...
