While the benefit of this methodology is avoiding full fledged wars but it also risks recurrence of such attacks in future ; Pakistan has the capability to do bomb blasts in most parts of the country ; the only thing that has kept Pakistan from doing that since Long is that India has lowered the threshold for a cross country martial action like Op sindhoor/Surgical strike. Pakistan has already been paranoid of its erasure from the global map as a country since 1947 especially after 1971 ; it avoids longer conflicts with India ; Prefers assymetric warfare ; Its whole ORBAT is designed to sustain quick blows for a small period and then relent on Nuclear Threats ;Its very apparent that every trr incident happening in India is perpetrated by ISI by either means ; If GoIs response isnt directed on Pak military apparatus ;GoI risks the recurrence of such more attacks on Indian soil
