Yes I think it is somewhere in South America. The rough translation from another channel was that these people supposedly died of Covid but did not. Be cautious with the footage as prosthetics are incredibly good these days. Not saying it is not genuine, just be careful

There are certain organs that you have to be alive to donate... heart, lungs, liver etc - i.e. you are not naturally dead at all - which is why the Catholic Church forbids it.
