Upto 50% of chest pain complains from elderly aren't heart issues but turn out to be anxiety or panic due to environmental or age related problems!
Always keep a BP machine at home, take regular blood sugar and engross in a lifestyle that promotes lower anxiety!
If all this doesn't help, take use of natural and medicinal help to reduce the anxiety and panic!
