Thats so funny....Ive lived in a few areas in my time. I actually remember them saying no hoodies or motorcycle helmets or masks...That was in Highgate, Lee Bank and Aston.

As we all know the media report things worse than drunken washed up accountants. No offence to accountants there!

If they say 30% of people are saying NO to anything they promote or back, it must be higher. As they wouldnt say it otherwise.
Also they will more than likely have spins and sales tactics throughout that article to 'bring you back', to their way of thinking.
The only reason usually they write about it, is because they have to. Especially when most are talking about it openly. Maybe thats the case here?
