I took my own advice today.
I was planning on being out in the fresh air and nature for maybe an hour or two. Four hours later HAHA!
I do not know if it was the inspiring video from Christian yesterday, that started the spark, or if there is just something in the air?

Today was an amazing sight of hundreds of people in the park, in nature, feeding ducks and having fun, hugging, yes that right I saw two cars stop and the guys got out and hugged, birds singing and laughter everywhere!
Every person apart from one, was totally and freely MASKLESS.

I have a short vid and a couple of photos I will share later.

Then I come back to so many DMs, lovely wonderful messages from you all.
Flowers, messages about you walking and breathing fresh air, fantastic messages to receive from you all. Thank you all so much!

I also had one of the Community Members send me their artwork.
WOW, such breathtaking paintings. Thank you so much for those. I will share one later with you all. They truly are marvellous in every sense.

What a powerful day. I am so proud to see all of that joy outside and inside.

Those Community Members who have been following for a while, or who followed me on other media, will know, Tyson Fury, Mike Tyson and many others, have helped me with my personal battle with mental health.

It is a daily mission for me, take the time to put my mind right, do the routines that have helped me over the past 20 years. Really work at it. Put the work in every day.
If I slip, get back on as soon as possible.

If any of you have not seen his vid regarding people recently taking their own lives, I would watch it. You will understand even more so, the importance of the work he and others do. They really understand the harm that false information and hopium causes to us.
