Dangerous day of severe weather is shaping up on Monday for parts of the Midwest, where damaging winds, destructive hail, and a few tornadoes are likely.

BREAKING: At least 3 fatalaties with several more missing in Wheeling, WV, after devastating flash flooding occured last night and a Flash Flood Emergency was issued. The Governor has declared a state of emergency for Ohio County, West Virgina, after reports of houses and vehicles underwater.

BREAKING: 1 Fatality reported from the June 12th flash flooding in Bexar County, TX. Emergency managers report that a vehicle was found near Callaghan Road and Highway 90, with one deceased occupant. This is at least the fifth flash flooding related fatality in the US in the last 3 days.

Reports of multiple vehicles trapped in 6-12" of moving floodwaters in Augusta County, VA.

2-5 inches of rain has already fallen with 1-3 inches more on the way, this could be a very dangerous situation here shortly pending upcoming rainfall. A moderate risk of flash flooding remains in effect for some areas of Virginia and North Carolina.

DANGEROUS LINE OF STORMS expected tomorrow evening across the Central Plains, especially in Kansas, where widespread damaging winds up to 85 MPH, very large hail, and a few tornadoes are possible.
