I started doing some calculations and discovered that Paimon is half the size of the protagonist so she is not "as" small as they draw her on several occasions.
So looking deeper I found that the average woman's uterus is 3 '' long and 1 '' wide.
If we divide this in half we can see that Paimon would have a uterus approximately 3.5 cm long and 2.5 wide.
Given the normal vaginal cavity can extend and dilate up to 16 cm we can conclude that Paimon can receive up to 7cm penises without being hurt.
