一家咨询公司起诉 Twitter，称该公司在迫使马斯克（Elon Musk）收购 Twitter 过程中所做的工作未收到报酬。Charles River Associates（CRA）是在 2022 年 8 月受雇于 Twitter，当时 Twitter 因为马斯克拒绝完成 440 亿美元的收购协议而提起诉讼。在确定自己会在法庭上败诉之后马斯克在 10 月底完成了对 Twitter 的收购。从 8 月 15 日到 10 月 27 日，CRA 向 Twitter 提供了马斯克诉讼所要求的专家咨询工作和服务。但之后 Twitter 没有支付总价 219 万美元的咨询费用。CRA 指控 Twitter 违反了合同。除了 CRA 外，还有多家公司指控 Twitter 在马斯克收购之后未履行合同。
