历史最悠久的计算机出版物之一《ACM 通讯（Communications of the ACM）》拆除了付费墙，正式拥抱开放获取：逾 60 年里出版的知名研究文章、开创性论文、技术报告、评论、现实实践和新闻报道向所有用户开放，不管他们是不是 ACM 会员还是订阅了 ACM Digital Library。ACM（美国计算机协会）是在 2020 年宣布用大约五年时间（到 2026 年 1 月）在财务可持续模式下转变为一家完全开放获取出版商。

前言
无论是在课程中还是实践中，都经常和链接器打交道。在这个过程中，大概了解了它的工作原理，对于常见的错误可以知道大概是怎么一回事，以及如何解决。但最近遇到一些涉及到链接器内部的问题，才发现自己对链接器的内部的了解还是比较匮乏的。因此想到自己开发一个链接器，在开发的过程中学习。
