The 3 categories are:
使用 : Active card
装備 : Equipment card
能力 : Ability card
I believe the Active one lets you use one extra move associated with the card, in the screenshot it's the Lucky Mallet
While the other two gives passive bonuses, with the Cirno and some flask with purple liquid in the screenshot"
