Passive -
Passive stacks infinitely. Expected stacks in an even game is 350.
His stardust works similar to Veigar passive. 1 per minion, 3 siege minion, 5 for champion, etc.
Q -
Q - 3 types of damage. 1st = DoT on first target hit. 2nd = cone behind first target hit. 3rd = %HP max health magic dmg that only comes from Stardust stacks.
W -
This is the old Comet of Legend. The flying across the map spell. The range is significantly reduced. But it scales very well.
1 stack of Stardust = 7.5 units. (Not sure how much that is.)
E -
E - 350 stacks, the width is the size of the river. So you can block the entire river during drag/baron dances.
R -
R - 350 stacks, the size of basically mid lane. A shockwave emits dealing damage to all enemy champs globally.
So for example, if his ult does 500 damage. The global shockwave will also do 500 damage. Only does damage to Champions + Epic monsters. So you can snipe Baron from Bot Lane.
He has a regular R that stuns. The knockup R can only be obtained when he gets enough Stardust stacks. But when you use it, his ult turns back to the normal stun R.
Acts like a Zigg’s ult. There’s a delay on his R. But it’s less than a second.
Expected amount of times to use upgraded R per game. 3 times.
Misc -
Intended for mid-lane right now. If interest in the ASol increases, he might be expanded upon to go into Jungle.
E and R scale in area, not radius. Not linear scaling.
They want him to use Crown of the Shattered Queen
Teamfighting - expected to play around the outside of the fight and be a bit of a dive champ like Vex.
No skins right now, but there will be a skin for him in the future.
Will hit Live servers on the 7th. PBE next Tuesday.
