MetaChess is the first 3D multiplayer play-to-earn (P2E) and NFT metaverse chess game. The platform is in 2D and 3D. The 3D version will be divided into two. The first part is the regular chess game, with the traditional chess pieces in 3D. The second part is more animated and fancy. It consists of chess pieces in the form of humanoid characters. You can own NFTs (unique chess pieces) which will be used in the game. The platform also has play-to-earn (P2E) models that makes it worth players’ time. The 2D version is currently playable. You can either play with AI or play with another user.

Dear Community members,

We would like to give you all updates concerning the project. As many of you might have seen, we are behind schedule with our roadmap and not much updates have been given lately. This is due to the behind the scene issues we have been facing starting from our TGE. It's time to let the community know what's been happening.

Some of you might know of the story with some launchpads we used to raise funds. Many of them had to refund the raised funds to their investors and we barely even had 30% of our target amount post TGE. The funds we realized from the launchpads was only able to cover the initial liquidity, post launch marketing, market-making, some pre-launch expenses (in debt) etc. Only little was left for the main development and other operational expenses, we tried to make it work and released the 3D version but couldn't launch with all the features including the P2E aspect. That left us in a very difficult situation.

Knowing the huge potential the project has, we decided not to quit but work heavily on a relaunch. We would relaunch the project and use a different fund raising approach (using a decentralized launchpad).

What would happen to current holders?

A vested airdrop approach would be adopted with 0% at TGE in order to allow the new launch some time to grow.

What should you do now?

- Just leave your current SHAH tokens in your wallet, if you're currently staking, feel free to wait out the end of the staking period (30th of September) and then unstake your tokens.

- Do not buy any SHAH token anymore as from this moment. Buying now would not help your chances of getting more airdrop after the relaunch.

- For seed investors: You will also get an equivalent airdrop of the tokens in your wallet. As for the vested tokens (yet to be distributed), it will be put into consideration when distributing the airdrop.


SUMMARY

- Due to the issues we had with the centralized launchpads we used, we have no funds to keep the project afloat.

- We will do a relaunch using a decentralized launchpad to raise funds.

- We will airdrop the new tokens to current holders including seed investors. The airdrop will be vested and 0% will be unlocked at TGE.

- Do not buy anymore SHAH token at the moment.

- We will try to drain the current LP and use the proceedings for the relaunch plans.
