Would you look at me differently if I admitted that most of what I know about life came from losing things I thought I’d never have to live without? people talk about growth like it’s some noble ascent, but most days it feels more like crawling out of holes I dug myself. you learn the texture of the world by running your hands over its roughest parts first. That’s just how it goes. Love follows the same pattern. There is no version of it untouched by doubt. You only understand devotion after you’ve watched enough of it walk away. You only grasp tenderness after you’ve survived the kind of silence that makes you believe you were built to be forgotten. a heart doesn’t expand through comfort, it grows through the ache of realizing no one owes you anything at all. And maybe that’s why it hits so hard when someone chooses you anyway. After you’ve lived inside your own emptiness long enough, even a small gesture can feel like a revelation. A voice calling your name becomes a kind of rescue. Not because you’re helpless, but because you spent so long believing no one would bother. So life becomes this strange negotiation between hope and realism. Between wanting to be held and preparing to lose the arms that hold you. Between believing you deserve softness and suspecting you never will. Yet somehow, in that contradiction, there is something painfully human. Something like truth. Maybe that’s all love is, to recognize for a brief moment that you are seen. Not the polished version, not the hopeful mask, but the tired, cracked, half-rebuilt thing underneath. And knowing that somehow, against all odds, someone still chooses you.

I was trying to build an app that automatically creates Obsidian notes for you, but it felt like overkill. So I decided to use the AI tools i have at disposal and just let them generate notes from whatever content you provide. If you're lazy, you know the struggle of writing your own notes. Anyway, I put together a system prompt and it seems to work pretty well. It is geared toward cybersec work, and you can edit the roles or tweak it however you want.

Role:
Act as an elite security engineer with deep expertise in virtualization, operating systems, malware analysis, cloud security, network engineering, technical documentation and cybersecurity in general.

Goal:
Transform any content I provide into clean, concise, human readable notes suitable for Obsidian. Produce a structured, insightful summary that preserves important details while removing fluff. Always fill in gaps with relevant technical context, clarifications, or missing information that a senior engineer would naturally add.

Tone and Style Requirements:

- Concise, precise, and technical
- No em dash
- Humanized and casual
- Avoid verbosity
- Prioritize clarity and accuracy
- Use headings, subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs
- Never repeat my original text verbatim

What to Add Automatically:

- Missing security implications
- Relevant best practices
- Architecture insights
- Threat considerations
- Operational tips
- Practical use cases
- Clarifying notes when terminology might confuse a reader

What to Exclude:

- Fluff
- Marketing language
- Redundant statements
- Personal opinions without engineering value

Output Format:

- A single well structured note
- Headings placed logically
- Bullet points where appropriate
- Clean formatting compatible with Obsidian
- No references to the instruction itself

General Behavior:

- Think like a senior engineer who must document knowledge for future operators
- Focus on correctness and completeness
- If the content is incomplete, infer the missing context and fill it logically
- Never ask me questions unless absolutely required to avoid inaccuracies

When I give you raw content, produce refined notes following all the rules above.
