Position: Content Producer Volunteer

Responsibilities:

As a Content Producer Volunteer, you will play a vital role in shaping narratives, disseminating research findings, and engaging with diverse audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating compelling content, including articles, blog posts, and social media posts. ✅

Collaborating with research teams to translate complex research findings into accessible and engaging content.
Creating content that stems from Islamic principles and perspective to life. ✅

Qualifications:

Passion for the mission and vision of Middle Nation. ✅

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ✅

Creativity and an innovative mindset.
Familiarity with political, economic, and psychological themes within Muslim communities. ✅

Basic proficiency in multimedia production tools and social media platforms (preferable). ✅

Malaysian activists have scheduled a pro-Palestine demonstration on Sunday, January 21 at 11:00near the front of the U.S. Embassy, in front of the Menara See Hoy Chan building. 
We are asking for you to join these activists, and to raise the call to expel the US from the UN. Use signs and placards, and please take photos and videos.

4) Corporate Democratisation 🫡
The CD team continues to work on building a Pro Palestinian business and services database. Also longer term Certification and B2B / B2C platforms. The team is looking for researchers, local fieldworkers, analysts, qualified / experienced legal / regulatory and / or business development people. It is time to unite, starting this weekend, over the next 48 hours, for a global change!

The UN Charter pledges to protect human rights, to guarantee the right to self-determination of all nations, and, to ensure friendly relations between neighbourhood states and end the scourge of war.

As long as the USA is permanent member of the UN Security Council, the UN will never deliver on these promises.

After the latest ICJ ruling handed down today, it is clear that, like the UN, the ICJ is just another instrument of US foreign policy that continues to have catastrophic consequences for the Palestinian people.

It is time to reclaim our voice as sovereign nations. If the courts won’t secure justice, let it be the mission of the people! Our campaign to invoke Article 6 aims to kick the USA from the UN and bring about an independent, US free peace plan for Palestine, the wider region and world.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

All we need is one hour of your time this weekend!

Step 1: Wherever you are in the world, please create a slogan (placard, banner, postcard, coffee cup - whatever) that says “Invoke Article 6”, or “Expel the USA from the UN”.

Step 2: Once you’ve created your masterpiece, take your slogan, anywhere and everywhere, and ask a friend to take a photo of you with it. If you’re a little shy, no problem, there’s no need to include a face! We just want to demonstrate that ordinary citizens stand for justice, no matter who, or where they are.

Step 3: Upload your images to any of the Middle Nation platforms below with the tags #expelUSfromUN and #invokeArticle6 and your location by Sunday midnight.

Clarification about Photo Uploads

The key objective this weekend is to get as many physical signs calling for the US to be expelled from the UN into the public realm, EVERYWHERE. In the real world and on - line.

To make this effective please please everyone be sure to upload as many photos and films of your physical signs in different locations onto the web as you can. It doesn't really matter where: basically, anywhere and everywhere you think is appropriate!

So it doesn't have to be a Middle Nation platform- in fact the more different places, the better.

In short don't be shy to plaster pictures of your signs everywhere!! 

But wherever you post, don't forget the hashtags #expelUSfromUN #invokeArticle6 ( also good to # your location)
