Calling all Middle Nation Supporters in / near KL, Malaysia

The Invoke Article 6 team plan to gather as many participants interested to meet and join them this Saturday at this demo for Palestine at the US Embassy.

The aim is for a group meet in solidarity, and to help each other with coordination, raising awareness, handing out and showing Article 6 info leaflets, placards, banner etc

We will meet, inshAllah after Dhuhr prayer (1.30pm) on Saturday at the KLCC masjid, before heading promptly to the Embassy demo at 2pm.

غزة تُباد.

ما دامت الولايات المتحدة جزءًا من الأمم المتحدة، فلن نرى وقفًا دائمًا لإطلاق النار، ناهيك عن دولة فلسطينية مستقلة. لقد حاولت عدة دول حول العالم التصويت لوقف إطلاق النار، بينما تستمر الولايات المتحدة بإساءة استخدام حق النقض الفيتو ضد القرار أو الامتناع عن التصويت.

حتى إنّ آخر اجتماع عُقد في مجلس الأمن كان على وجه الخصوص من أجل التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار، والتي ماطلت الولايات المتحدة فيه لعدة أيام بسبب الكلمات المستخدمة في "صياغة" القرار، إلى أن أضعفت القرار لينتهي بتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية دون وقف لإطلاق النار. وهو قرار أصرت الولايات المتحدة على تغييره بينما يموت الناس في غزة مع مرور كل دقيقة؛ لينتهي الأمر بامتناع أمريكا عن التصويت على نفس القرار الذي أصرت على وجوب "تعديله".

تهدف هذه العريضة إلى المطالبة بطرد الولايات المتحدة نهائيًا من الأمم المتحدة وتخليص الشعوب من عار الديمقراطية الوهمية واستئصال هذا العضو الفاشل من الأمم المتحدة.

تحديث، 20 فبرارير 2024:
لجأت الولايات المتحدة مرة أخرى لحق النقض الفيتو لمنع مشروع قرار لمجلس الأمن يطالب بوقف فوري إنساني لإطلاق النار في غزة مع وصول حصيلة الضحايا من الناس قرابة 30,000.

وتعتزم الولايات المتحدة تقديم مشروع قرار تقترح فيه الوقف المؤقت لإطلاق النار، وهو في الحقيقية  بلا فائدة. فهذا القرار من شأنه إطالة معاناة الضحايا ليوم آخر يعرفون فيه أنهم سيُذبحون متى ما قررت آلة الحرب استئناف عملها الذي تجيده.

شكرًا على مشاركتكتم وتواقيعكم، ولكننا بحاجة للمزيد من أجل جذب أنظار العالم. الواضح الآن هو أن الفيتو الأمريكي هو ما يسمح باستمرار حدوث هذه الإبادة على مرأى من العالم. نرجو منكم توقيع ومشاركة هذه العريضة
