For instance, the computer-assisted dispatch system used by 911 dispatchers was not working, so they had to write down reports and give them to officers manually instead of submitting them electronically. To avoid the attack from spreading, the city had to turn off some of its IT systems.

💢British ministry of defence: On 3 May 2023 a fire broke out at a Russian fuel depot in Volna on the Russian mainland side of the Kerch Strait, close to the Crimean bridge.
