Serene Seasons, how to add crops from other mods?

For example, I have [Let's Do\] Vinery, and a mod that lets me plant and grow flowers. I've also Oh The Biomes We've Gone.

I was wondering how I can make a custom thing to set which crops/plants are fertile in which season.
