What is the mod that gives him this armor?

What are some mods not getting the attention they deserve?

I've been watching some people play FTB Oceanblock 2 and it features some mods that I haven't seen elsewhere which brought me to realize there's good mods that not many people know of.

My favorites are Oritech and Just Dire Things. Though Dire Things is becoming more popular since it's inclusion in ATM10 (and probably the fact that Direwolf20 made it).

I spent months making a mod that expands building options – what do you think?

Minecraft could always use more blocks, so I decided to add some.

Sundries has something for every style of building, whether it be modern or medieval. It starts with new building materials such as limestone, marble, steel and brass. I then added more shapes to building like columns, railings, cornices, braces, and brackets. I even added a couple new biomes, including one inspired by Caelid in Elden Ring. I plan on adding stuff like furniture and small decorations. I know not everything in here is exactly original and has been done before but I wanted to give it a shot and do my own take on it. Sundries is available on Modrinth and Curseforge. Let me know you think!

In Oceanblock 2, do you guys keep your shipwreck and build around it?

I’m just curious how others roll. I like the idea of keeping my ship and just having a big ass platform where everything else resides. It’s like keeping how I started, except filling in the holes and dangers lol

Discovered a Minecraft mod that brings Subaru's Return by Death into the game

Hey everyone,

I've been binge-watching Re:Zero lately and, honestly, the weekly release schedule is driving me crazy. In my search for something to fill the gap, I came across this Minecraft mod called MineZero - Return by Death. It literally brings Subaru's Return by Death mechanic into Minecraft—set checkpoints and reset the world upon death, just like in the anime. Just thought I'd drop it here because I haven't seen this done yet and I thought it was pretty cool.

Beginner struggles

Ive been trying out various modpacks on curseforge such as E2E, Stoneblock, SF4, and project ozone. So far i am only able to make a small amount of progress before i end up lost with the amount of options i have for various tasks. i don't know what most of the mods actually do and it seems that a lot of them often do the same things but slightly differently. Is there any advice for how to get past this problem? Usually i can follow the quest books up to a certain point but they often have big jumps in assumed knowledge after the very basic first few. Watching A playthrough feels like it would ruin the experience since i would just be following along someone else's world.
