Mod like minecolonies but with free building

Its kinda lame being restricted just to the premade buildings or needing to create a entire new style and making ton of schematics just to have the buildings the way you want, I wish I could just build it in the world like I would do normally and then assign, easy and simple.
I know about tektopia but the mod is abandoned and stuck in 1.12.2
