"Beginner" Expert modpacks?

I've been playing a world with a friend on ATM10 and learned a good amount of mods but now im looking for a solo pack to play and grind. I was thinking either Divine Journey 2, E2E, NomiFactory, or the Decursio Project. I've also heard about GTNH but the only thing I ever hear about it is how hard it is so idk about that one. Any suggestions on one of those or any others?

My reactor is about to blow! Is there ANY WAY to stop it?? Mekanism

I have a pretty big fission reactor but one time i forgot about it and left it running for too long and the steam backed up and now its at unbelievable temperatures its at like 160% damage. Is there ANY WAY to make it not blow up im talking stuff like taking it down completely but because thats really expensive id rather some other way.

Any mod/modpack that combines tech with survival?

I like the idea of "needing" some sort of power generator to power your base. Or even better, like in No Man's Sky, say your "suits" have hazard protection module and it needs to be recharged as it depletes overtime after usage in harzardous environment...etc Are there any equivalents in minecraft?
