Please find me a mod/modpack

I'm basically completely new to modding. I've had WorldEdit before and a few loose small ones but that pretty much it. Now I wanna start a world of modded minecraft, but most of what I've seen from modpacks is they add sooooo much stuff, which I don't want. I don't want something thats hella complicated and that will make my pc lag (low end pc). I really like new biomes like Terralith but terralith also adds nothing else, no new wood or stone to play around with. I would love a mod or modpack that is world gen like that but also adds some new items (mostly as i said building blocks) and doesnt add any crazy quests or bossfights or stuff like that.

how can i connect pneumaticcraft:repressurized heat to mekanism?

i wanna look into connecting pneumaticcraft:repressurized's heat (heat gotten from generators) to a mekanism boiler through pipes/cables but can't connect them.
i'v tried making the generator and boiler touch but heat isn't being transported.
also i prefure to make the boiler and generators in diffrent chunks/ rooms (easier to control with things like chunck loading and also for clearity of things).
if anyone knows a way to connect the 2 with perhaps how to do it, i'd apreciate it alot. as i like to use multiple systems.
