Are there any good wizard modpacks? (similar to R.A.D)

I want a modpack similar to R.A.D, one with a wizard class and many dungeons and bosses where I can find grimoires and spells.

The reason R.A.D didn't do it for me is due to the abundance of dragons and sea serpents that could easily kill me and the lack of dungeons. I did end up finding a door that lead to some kind of dimension filled with puzzles but after falling for a trap I ended up falling into the void, then the chatlog was filled with messages saying that a pelican saved me from the void but I wasn't saved and I died in the void. Then I ended up in a limbo world where I am stuck and I don't know how to get out.

Electrobob's Wizardry mod was awesome though, I would like to play more modpacks where the wands and spells are the focus.
