Better minecraft but not BetterMinecraft

im looking for a better minecraft but not Betterminecraft yk? something thats just vanilla minecraft but extra like more biomes, mods, mobs and maybe 1 or 2 more bosses, aswell as like a more well made and complicated way to get to the enderdragon with more ores but nothing crazy, like no extra dimensions maybe an upgrade to the end dimension and nether dimension, as well as stuff like veinminer, any modpacks like this?? js bored of vanilla minecraft and not a fan of massively modded minecraft.
