What are your modpack pet peeves?

One thing that got me into making packs was that I had a few pet peeves that were pretty common in a lot of packs; so I started making my own. I'm curious what are your pet peeves?

My biggest one (which is still a very common problem in packs) is that devs will throw huge dungeons and structures into a pack, without integrating the loot tables in a rewarding way. Spending 2 hours clearing an entire "Dungeons Arise" temple, only to walk out with a bunch of useless chain mail armor, two stacks of apples, and some half-damaged iron swords is... well, discouraging.

Modpack idea: it beats itself because quest 1 gives you what you need for quest 2 which rewards you with what you need for quest 3 which gives you the quest 4 objective which rewards you with the item that beats quest 5....
