This is my setup rn, I got the panel randomly but I have a thermo generator (basic) with lava underneath it, a heat generator with 4 sources of lava but my controller never has any energy?
Please save me from my complete lack of understanding

Why is Minecraft so Choppy even with a Higher Spec'd Device?

Minecraft modded had always been slow and laggy for me but I've recently bought a Surface Laptop Studio 2 that has an Intel Core i7 with 64GB Memory, GeForce RTX 4060, and 1TB SSD. It runs Red dead redemption 2, Assassins Creed Origins, Far cry 6, ETC perfectly fine with high frames. However Java Minecraft with just 33 mods installed is damn near impossible to play single player let alone a LAN server. It's so frustrating that even after buying high spec'd devices Minecraft runs like garbage. What can I do to fix this issue?
