I'm looking for some fun-packed modpacks to get my friends into modded Minecraft. They have only ever played vanilla Minecraft and have never watched any modded Minecraft series.

What Modpack would you use to get your friends into modded?
Look, I know there is a ton of these "best modpack?" posts, but I am looking for something that is semi specific and can use some help.
Me and my buddy have been playing modded on and off for the past 2 years or so. Its just us two and we've been really wanting to get some of our other friends into modded with us. We've played a good amount of packs, but frankly we've only really sunk time into a few. Primarily Chocolate Edition, ATM9, Create: Chronicals, and Prominence II.
Heres a little list of things I want:
Feels truly modded (deeper than vanilla+ with a higher progression ceiling)
Is simple to start and eases into complexity as you progress
Lots of options for creating builds and decorations
Focuses on exploration and deeper questing that isn't just a checklist
Multiplayer friendly with independent progression.
Tech is fine but I don't want the focus of the pack to be that, I want to have access to tech but don't want to be required to spend hours grinding to progress.
I know its a long list of demands but if anyone thinks of something that checks some of these boxes, let me know!!
