Dr Bashir Noormal is the current Director of General Afghanistan National Public Health Institute. Having completed his MD. Degree in Odessa Medical Institute after Pirogove, Ukrain and MPH degree from Loma Linda University California, USA, Dr. Noormal is known for his influential efforts initially as training coordinator and then HRD programme manager of WHO Kabul office from 1997 till 2004. Dr Noormal is the founder of HR General Directorate in Ministry of Public Health Afghanistan and acted as Director General of HR department for over 3 years. Since 2006 till now, he is director general of this institute - Afghanistan National Public Health Institute (ANPHI).
Dr Noormal Will be playing for #WorldTopScientists Team at the @MiniWorldCup April 24th Tehran Iran.

David Haslam is Chair of NICE : The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. He is also past-President of the Royal College of General Practitioners, visiting Professor in Primary Health Care at de Montfort University. He has been National Clinical Adviser to both the Care Quality Commission and the Healthcare Commission. He has written 13 books, mainly on health topics for the lay public and translated into 13 languages, and well over a thousand articles for the medical and lay press. In 2014 he was named by Debretts and the Sunday Times as one of the 500 most influential and inspirational people in the United Kingdom. His face will be seen next Sunday April 24th among #worldtopscientists team at the @MiniWorldCup Children’s Medical Centre, Gharib St. Tehran, Iran.
