This is in essence the same—or at least similar— thing as corporatism (in general), and national syndicalism (falangism). This comes with the exception of minute nuances obviously, as fascism is unique to each nation, as is its economy.

If you want to know the definitive teachings of the Church on this matter (the economy, labour and the state) I recommend you read ‘The Third Way’ by Pope Leo XIII and G.K. Chesterton; as well as his numerous other writings that address Catholic Social Teaching, the state and what the Catholic economy should look like generally.

‘Fascism, Integralism and the Corporative state’ is also a great book.
