Alhamdulillah, this is one of the rare works by our Shaykh Muhammad Ali Adam al-Ityubi رحمهم الله.
It is Nukhbatul Fikr (Hadith Terminology) in poetry form composed by Sh. Muhammad's teacher Abdul-Basit رحمه الله in 221 lines. It was then explained by Sh. Muhammad غفر الله لهم in 176 pages.
After a long search, I've finally found a copy and إن شاء الله it will be uploaded on our Shaykh's website soon.
