📲 MyTonWallet Air QA Contest

For iOS & Android Testers 👨‍💻

Prize fund: Up to $10,000

Deadline: 1 August 2025 at 14:00 CET

1. The Task

Join the public QA contest to test MyTonWallet Air—our brand-new native mobile app for iOS and Android.

Your goal is to explore the app as a real user would and report any bugs, glitches, broken flows, or unexpected behavior.

This is a public beta test focused on product quality and user experience. We're especially looking for detailed, well-documented reports that help us polish the final release.

2. What to Test

MyTonWallet Air is a fully functional app—you’re free to explore all parts of it. This contest is focused on user experience and app reliability—crashes, broken flows, layout bugs, animation glitches, misaligned elements, and other imperfections.

However, if you discover any vulnerabilities that could impact user funds, authentication, or data security—please report them via our Security Bounty instead—these will be evaluated separately and rewarded accordingly.

How to Access Beta?

• Download for iOS (requires TestFlight)

• Get .apk for Android

3. Submission Format

Before submitting a bug report, please check if it already exists in our GitHub project → https://github.com/orgs/mytonwallet-org/projects/6.

Create your own GitHub repository and submit bug reports as Issues within it. Send the link of your repository to @mysupport with the hashtag #BugHunters—make sure to make the repository public before submitting.

Each bug report should include:

• Device model and OS version
• App version
• Clear steps to reproduce
• Screenshots and/or screen recordings

You can test on iOS, Android, or both.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Our team will review all submissions based on:

· Quality of the report (clarity, structure, reproducibility)
· Value of the issue found (severity, user impact)
· Initiative and testing depth
· Creativity in exploring edge cases

Unclear reports will not be considered.

5. Submissions & Rewards

Send the link of your GitHub repository to @mysupport with the hashtag #BugHunters—top submissions will be rewarded based on the value and quality.

Duplicate reports of existing bugs already posted in our GitHub Project will not be evaluated for rewards.

For ethic hackers & security researchers 🤨

Prize fund: Up to $50,000

Deadline: 1 August 2025 at 14:00 CET

1. The Task

We’re inviting security researchers to audit MyTonWallet Air—our new native app for iOS and Android.

Your mission: find and responsibly disclose security vulnerabilities that could compromise user assets, privacy, or overall security through code analysis.

This is a public security bounty program focused on identifying critical, high-impact issues before full release.

How to Access the Code?

iOS and Android source code for MyTonWallet Air is available here.

2. What Counts as a Valid Vulnerability?

We’re specifically interested in serious vulnerabilities such as:

• Unauthorized access to wallets or private data
• Bypassing authentication or authorization flows
• Transaction forgery or signing without user consent
• Cryptographic failures
• Anything leading to token theft or DoS

Minor UI glitches, layout issues, typos, performance lags, or non-security-related behavior should be submitted via the QA Contest.

3. Submission Guidelines

Please include in your report:

• Clear denoscription of the vulnerability
• Code location and affected components
• Clear reproduction steps or proof-of-concept
• Potential impact
• Screenshots or other content if applicable

Submit your reports directly to @mysafewallet for all security disclosures.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Our team will assess each submission based on:

· Severity and potential impact
· Reproducibility and clarity of reporting
· Quality of documentation or proof-of-concept
· Responsible disclosure and ethical conduct

Only valid, original, and verifiable submissions will be considered for rewards.

5. Rewards & Contact

Rewards will be distributed based on the severity and quantity of vulnerabilities found.

If multiple participants discover the same vulnerability, the reward will be distributed as follows: 50% to the first reporter, and the remaining 50% shared equally among all reporters of the same issue.

⛏ A few notes for next time

1 • AI is welcome, but verify everything

We encourage the use of AI tools during the contests—just remember to use them responsibly. Several submissions mentioned features or code that didn't actually exist in the app, which led to disqualification 😓

2 • Check before submitting

Some reports duplicated issues we'd already listed in Known Issues in the QA Contest, while others repeated the participant's own previous submissions. This small step keeps the process smoother for everyone 🙏

3 • Get comfortable with GitHub

Each report works best as a single issue in your own repository. Keeping structure simple and organized makes review easier and faster 😺
